Default getting code 22's on deceleration

when decelerating in VTEC i keep getting MIL's

it didnt used to happen when i was using Mobil 1 but now i am using Castrol Formula R 5-W30 oil

is it too thin?

what is the VTEC Pressure Switch pressure set at?

this is on a stockish B20VTEC...

TIA

Almost sounds like an oil pump problem. i would invest in a cheap oil pressure gauge, hook it up, and watch the oil pressure. and of course, maybe try switching back to Mobile.
