Getting code 21 over and over, resetting ecu fixes it
I have a 96 ls that I just put a 96 c1 in. I am getting a code 21 for the vtec solenoid. When I reset the ecu, it erases the code and the vtec will work. Then after running for awhile it will throw the code again and the vtec wont work. Every time I reset the ecu, it fixes the problem. Is there a possible short?
