I bought this '91 Integra LS from my friend for a beater with the intent to fix it up. He was driving down the highway and lost power. Towed it home and tried to troubleshoot it. Compression test showed almost no compression in all cylinders. I had 2 ppl run compression checks with 2 seperate testers to be sure. It went something like 60,40,40,20. Took the valve cover off, nothing super obvious like a broken cam or anything. Timing belt looks intact, visual inspection looks ok but that doesnt mean it hasnt skipped a few teeth or anything.
Now Im convinced its probably something simple. Things that I think its highly unlikely to be caused by would be a head gasket, or major damage to the bottom end. Probably not head gasket because blown head gaskets are usually locallized to 1 or 2 cyclinders. No major damage to the bottom end because there was never any signs of anything catastrophic when it stopped. No huge noises of pistons blowing up or anything.
Its sat all winter and battery is worn down so it doesnt even turn over. But when the battery was good I am told it did turn over but did not start up. I am unsure if it was throwing any codes. My friend mentioned somehting about a fuel code prior to the breakdown but fuel isnt a part of a compression test right? 2 months before it broke down it had a stuck valve which was repaired.
Looking for some more troubleshooting ideas. My guess is the problem lies in the head.

Had a mechanic look at it. He verified the timing belt had jumped and the timing was way off. This explains the no compression. At this point I am unsure if the valves are bent, is there an easy way to check this? And how much would it cost to get another non vtec head?
