Default gauge cluster

i have a 1999 civic hatch dx
i wanna put a GSR gauage cluster in will that work?
or i want to put something in that runs up to 10,000 rpm and redlines around 8,000
any ideas or input

I'm sorry but that just looks like a gigantic pain in the ***. If i was going to go to all that trouble i would just buy an ITR.

I do admit though, it looks damn good.
