Might need to set base idle.
Idle the car to fully warm, and unplug the EACV. If the car stalls, check your PCV system for a clog. If the PCV system is alright, then adjust the idle screw on the throttle body until it idles at 450RPM. (yes I know that is a shitty idle speed, but that is the engines base idle without the EACV) Then plug in the EACV, and your idle should be as specified.

unplug eavc makes nothing, rmp is the same, when i adjust on the idle srew trottle down,i cant not make low rmp under 900 rmp??? i close the idle screw trottle body ,and rmp still 900 rmp...
allways is all right with rmp for 1 ore 2 days ,other days cames the rmp fluctuations.
If you cannot make the idle go below 900 with the IACV unplugged, then you may have a vacuum leak. Check gaskets, hoses, anyplace air can leak into the intake manifold.

gasoline safety device under leaking driving wheel in car make sound like klick-klick-klick all 4 sec.. witout eavc wires
i test next time without rmp fluctions...
maybe i mast reset the ecu-battery after the neu rmp installing adjust...

Do you mean the engine stalls (dies) when you unplug the IACV? If so, you can use the throttle to keep it going while you adjust the idle needle valve. The final goal is 450rpm while NOT holding the throttle open.

Yes, after you adjust the base idle, here's the procedure.
1 - Plug the wire back into the IACV.
2 - Disconnect battery (reset the ECU).
3 - Let it cool down.
4 - Start the engine without touching the gas pedal AT ALL.
5 - Let it idle and warm up completely without touching the gas pedal.

Switch the car completely OFF before disconnecting the battery.
I'm not sure about the other stuff in those links. (I'm 1/2 German, but I can't read any of it.) Maybe something installed in Europe but not in USA? Maybe it shuts down the fuel pump during an emergency?
