whenever i step on the gas pedel, it hard to press it down...sometimes feels like its stuck or something. then i have to a bit of force to press it down. i was thinking it might be the throttlebody...cause i tried opening/moving that switch where throttlecable is at..and it is hard to move it. I don't know what is wrong...can it be carbon buildup? also i took the tb off and didn't see any signs of carbonbuildup inside the tb...can it be the outside. Its a gsr tb by the way, attached to a itr manifold.

 

is it a gsr swap? if it is it might depend on what throttle cable you used

 

no its a jdm b16 w/ gsr throttlebody...and itr intake manifold.

My Civic did the same thing. I just adjusted the throttle cable and it went away. Yours sounds like a different problem though.
