Default gas out of the exhaust

wen i started my car this mornin it was idleing at like 300rmp and the sparkplugs are drenched in gas. also there is gas coming out of my down pipe by the turbo. dnt know wats wrong.
its a 95 ls turbo setup.

Sounds like a cylinder is not firing, pull the spark wire leads one at a time, [engine running] if you pull a lead and there is no effect on engine you have found the "dead" cylinder, pull the spark plug and check it, [maybe fouled up bad]. 94

The timing belt jumping a tooth or a problem with the distributor sensors can cause all the spark plugs to be wet with fuel. I'd check the ignition first as Fcm suggested, valve timing second and if you still haven't found the problem, try switching out the distributor.
