my 1993 ls is choking
My integra is like choking /struggling to gain the full power after 4.5k rpm. It’s pulling but you could tell something is fighting it to pull could this be because my driver side axle is shot??

the typical causes would be ignition or fuel - spark plugs, wires, distributor, fuel injectors etc. A plugged catalytic converter could cause that too if the internal bricks have fallen apart. It is very hard to diagnose issues over the internet but that would be my first places to check.

Check the ignition timing with a gun and also the Mechanical timing! make sure the cams are aligned when its at TDC, Pull the VC off and turn the engine by hand and confirm the cams are aligned.

If you're cabin reeks of gas and it's not making a lot of power under high engine load then it sounds like you have a gas leak and the motor's not getting enough gas on the top end because of it. Start the car and check under the hood for a leak. Start with the last thing on the fuel system you serviced. Also any o-rings and rubber lines.
