Functional Key Lock Hood Pins?????
I've looked everywhere and I cant find key locking hood pins that can be used without the hood latch. Anybody know where I can find a set?

No.
I have used 2-3 sets of these and others...if I had a latch I wouldnt need hoodpins.
In fact, if hoodpins require a latch are they even really hoodpins?

Are those the same as the ones at Pep Boys? The little teeth on the lock keep breaking off. I use normal pins in the shock towers as backup to the locks which I have in the core support.
Not sure if they are the same.
Secondary hoodpins might be a good idea.
On the other hand, if they aren't strong enough to keep the hood closed when driving, are they going to be much use as a lock?
