hood pin alternatives...
I did a search and all I got was info on hood pins, what are the little locks that are used on race cars, they have circles about the size of nickels and have a release slot in them? If you can find me a post, I'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Haha, asswhooper is right.
OP: those fasteners work great, a lot of people who do offroading and run fiberglass body panels use those for quick release. You could even have them painted/coated I would imagine to give a more cleaner look on CF or Painted hoods
