car=1990 integra

heres the problem, sometimes there will be fuel and sometimes there wont be any at all. or sometimes the car will start up and die out slowly (i checked the fuel gauge as the car slowly dies out the fuel pressure goes down with it too)

i replaced the main relay and still does the same sometimes.
checked to see if theres power going to fuel pump, yes.

is my fuel pump going bad? i thought it was the fuel regulator that it couldn't hold the pressure.

maybe both the main relay and fuel pump are messed up?!?!?!?!

 

just test to see if theres fuel....it works... but i know its going to be messed up again
