Default FUEL TUCK'D IS A SCAM

About 6 weeks ago I was looking for aftermarket fuel lines that would be a direct bolt on, so I wouldn't have to put all the fittings together myself (big mistake). I came across a company called Fuel Tuck'd that had some decent looking braided line with inline filter and all the fittings needed for my engine. It was a decent price and I figured I would give the little guy a chance, since it appears to be a small company. Again, big mistake. After making my order I was not provided with a tracking number, which I'm told is not provided by USPS to Canada. I then received an automated message asking for my engine and vehicle info so they could provide the necessary fitting, and asking for 3-5 days to process orders. One week later I emailed them to ask if my package had been shipped, and I was told it was. 5 weeks later, I still have no fuel line. My build is still on hold with only this and a few minor touches needed. I've since demanded my money back, and am clearly being dodged. Don't want to see this happen to anyone else! DO NOT BUY FROM FUEL TUCK'D YOU WILL NEVEE RECIEVE IT

Just an FYI Canada customs has been holding onto a LOT of stuff from USA lately.

No affiliation to FT'd. Friend has customers waiting on parts as he has had customs delays.

I would call credit card company, they will demand proof of items and shipping from them.

When sending money across borders it's always best to use a real customer service friendly card or company .. ie American Express(probably the best in the business), Citibank, yada yada just in case of situations like this.

Not trying to be condescending at all, just throwing this out there. Sucks to be there, man.

The shipping document used at USPS for international shipping IS the tracking number. It will show when it was shipped, when it hit customs and when it clears customs.

Thanks for all the advice guys! Yes I did use PayPal for this, and I've tried to track it using my order number from PayPal (the only other number I was given other than an order number for FT itself) I've since ordered all the pieces needed to make something similar myself, but if I keep getting stiffed on my refund from FT I may as well have paid twice :/

No i paid once. After 6 weeks of me being on his *** he told me he had sent out a new one, and i said i did't want it, and they should have told me before shipping a second one. So i went to pay pal to make a claim (when they decide the outcome). They asked him for tracking info, which he provided, and pay pal shared this with me. HE SHIPPED IT THE MINUTE PAYPAL ASKED FOR TRACKING INFO. I checked the info asap and it was still in his home town. I have since contacted pay pal to attempt to get my money back and have been told that since it cleared Canadian customs yesterday, they can't refund my money until i actually receive the package as well as give them confirmation that I have actually sent it back to the supplier. I apologize for the long and confusing post, just don't want this to happen to anyone else
