Default Fuel system HELP!! From someone who knows

I am building a B20VTEC (9:1)JE's Eagle rods,Cometic gasket, ITR or B16 head, Drag gen 3 kit (T3/T4E?).I've got Hondata, 255lph Fuel pump, AEM fpr and rail.I will probably use 8AN fuel line. I have 550cc RC's. I want to boost 7 psi or so for daily driving with a Profec B and the ability to boost to 400hp+ . I want to boost to say 18-20 psi. Will 550cc's do or do I need to go larger? 720cc's?? PLEASE help if you have experiance with this. Thanks

Unless you are running a 4:1 FMU or something the 440's and 550's are not going to be enough. I would say at least 720cc for your setup.

Fuel Management Unit. I'm not sure who came up with it but, its just a boost dependent fuel regulator. That is the farthest thing from management I can think of.

720's is what I was thinking but not real sure. I already bought the 550's with my turbo kit but have changed some of my goals. Daily driver with 400+ hp capability. How do the 720's act with Hondata as far as driveability and fuel economy go?

Well, I'm not a tuner but I know people on this board have used 720cc and have near stock idle and still get great gas mileage. I have people running 850cc injectors with the Hondata, but the guys that use 1200cc etc all have a complete standalone.
I know one guy dynoed 395whp with 720cc's. He was using a Walbro pump and a 1:1 regulator so that would help lower duty cycles. He never said what duty cycle the injectors were hitting at 395whp though.
Maybe try IMing Vaportrail on this board. He tunes Hondatas and I know he has used 720s in some applications.
