Default Fuel Rail Nut

The fuel rail on my JDM b16a has a nut on the inlet side. This large nut covered in a plastic case, holds or connects the fuel line to the fuel rail. Out of curiousity, i removed the plastic cover and found a small screw in the middle of the nut. Its a small screw with an o-ring and seems to be there for some adjustment. Fuel volume may be? If so, whats the usual setting?

TIA
