any tips on removing and installing new fuel rail mounting studs? thanks.

Thread 1 nut on upsidedown part way down...then thread another on normal and make them meet. That way you can use a wrench to take the stud out if it is stuck.

well as far as putting in the new stud in, do u just tighten untill it stops basically? get what im saying?

yeah, just snug them like a valve cover bolt. Maybe 10 ft-lbs? They don't need to be very tight.
