I got a 97 civic With a swap Everythign Runs Good My promblem IS in the Moring The Car wont Start On the First Try IT take Atleast 3 time too start it an when is starts it idels at 300rpm I change the Fuel Pump Too a walbro An the Switched The fpr Bac too stock Still noo Change Can anyone give me a hand ????
