Default fuel pump problem?

I was checking my fuel system for leaks after replacing some things including my fuel pump with a new Walbro 255, anyway the pump primed and i had some leaks so i would tighten something or whatnot and try it again.

After doing this maybe 8 times over the course of an hour, the fuel pump will not prime anymore.

I have tried another pump outside the tank (shouldnt matter it was outside the tank?)
Tried new ECU
Main relay clicks
No blown fuses I dont think.
Where do I look next?
I know the main relay can click and still be bad but is there anything else I am forgetting to check?
