Default fuel pressure regulator problems, help needed

My injector seals went on me twice, out of nowhere on my b18b. I was losing ALOT of gas, getting about 80-100 miles less to a tank than normal. I replaced them ASAP, and now I'm still getting the same gas mileage. I'm getting about 180-200 miles per tank, instead of the usual 250-280. I am absolutely, 100% positive that there is no fiel leaking anywhere. The only change I made that could affect this, is that I replaced my AEM fpr with the stock civic cx one.

Is it possible that the cx fpr is giving my motor way too much fuel? My car has been feeling more sluggish around town, and at 1/2-WOT, there is excessive burnt gas smell. My O2 sensor is clean, and I'm not throwing any codes.
