Default Fuel Pressure Problem

i went turbo the other day. i have a huge problem now

my o rings that seal the injectors to the rail have blown apart. and i leaked gas all over the place. well i fixed that

Now i have fuel pressure at 50 and i can't lower it
we have put all the fuel parts back to stock and the pressure is still at 50

i tried and adjustable FPR and it won't go down either.

is it possible that i blew up my injectors?

Even if there is something wrong with your injectors, you should be able to control your fuel pressure. The fuel pressure regulator controls fuel pressure by bleeding pressure back to the fuel tank through the fuel return line. Your guage may be faulty, or you have a problem with a restriction in your fuel return circuit.

we checked and replaced the lines from the tank to the rail. so those are clean

we put a new gauge on and a new FPR. we even tried an adjustable one

also wheter the vaccum is pulled in or out it stays at 50, which is why we thought it was a fautly gauge

Did you damage the diaphagm in the fpr from excessively high fuel pressure under boost? Were you running an FMU?...hmm now i see you replaced all the parts back to stock...maybe the gauge is busted OR the injectors were exposed to such high fuel pressure from the FMU that something happened to the pintles in the injectors...need to swap inj's to know fo sho...change the gauge also...

gauge was changed too

the only 2 parts left that haven't been changed is the dampner and the injectors

If I had to guess, I would guess the injectors got damaged when the seals blew. Sounds like the FPR stuck or something, the pressure probably surged to the full output of the pump(~90?)

it's not the FPR cause it's a new one, we tried 2 different ones
