Post Fuel Pressure drops when revving

Hey guys got a question im stumped on. Car is a 93 vx Hatchback. It has a b20b with a bolt on turbo kit. It is tuned. DSM 450 cc injectors, Aem fuel rail, ive tried both stock and aftermarket fuel pressure regulators...Ok now the problem im having is that the car will start up and run excellent at idle. but as soon as u give it gas the fuel pressure drops to zero and it tries to die. I have since replaced the fuel pressure regulator, Fuel pump and fuel filter. I have also disconnected the fuel lines and blew them out with compressed air from the tank all the way to the fuel rail. i even cleaned the fuel rail. At idle it has about 35-40psi of fuel but if u give it any gas it will drop to 0. I have pulled off all the injector wires and spark plug wires and have noticed a change in the exhaust note so im thinking they are fine. Anyone have anymore ideas? Thank you for your time!

Have you checked the PGM-FI Main Relay... http://techauto.awardspace.com/mainrelay.html

If fuel pressure drops it must mean fuel pump is turning off, check for power on the fuel pump power lead when revving engine, if no power check the PGM-FI Main Relay and power and grounds going to it. 94
