Default fuel injector code (WTF)

I need to know if anyone has a clue why my injector code is on again. I just had it on last week so i gut another injector to replace the maxed out other one could that be the problem again already?? in three day and a total of mabye 30 miles since the fix?

It's most likely a wiring problem.

What ECU are you using and what injectors?

Dual point injection sucks, sorry. Check the green connector near the left shock tower, seen a couple of code #16's turn out to be a bad connection there.

The ECU will throw a code 16 when there is a break in the electrical path for the injectors. This path includes ignition switch, main relay, injector resistors, injector coils, and all the wires and connectors in between. Happy hunting.

(Have you replaced or resoldered your main relay since you had the car?)

Did you check the resistances of them? I posted the specs in one of your other threads.
