Default Fuel filter banjo bolt hard to remove?

Has anyone ever had a hard time taking this damn bolt off. No air tools, just a ratchet and some elbow grease. Removed the gas cap so there's no pressure, but the damn thing won't budge. I'm just trying to install my fuel pressure gauge but this thing is just stuck.

Slip a socket & ratchet or a box-wrench over the banjo bolt and whack it with a small sledgehammer.
