Fuel adjustment?
Is it better to modify fuel with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator or with electronic fuel controller? Is there a benefit to having a high fuel pressure compared to a shorter injector pulse width or vice versa? Here's an example, my fuel pressure reads 40 and I have my Field's SFC settings at around -10. Should I lower the fuel pressure and up the SFC settings? Thanks for any info.

You need to be concerned with all of the factors. One of the most critical tuning factors is the fuel system and to optimize it you need to have a good high volume fuel pump, correct size injectors, and a precise fuel map. Piggyback fuel controllers and adjustable fuel regulators allow you to fine tune the system. No one can correctly diagnose the optimum fuel pressure or injector pulse width on any vehicle w/o the proper equipment (wideband, dyno) Unless you want to pay someone to have it done right, all you can do is experiment until your content with the performance.
