Can you install a flywheelwith no air tools and if so whats the best way? I have the transmission removed and clutch off but the bolts are really on there.

I have the impact screwdriver from when I did the brakes on my wifes type-r. I would have never thought that would work. Ok so tomorrow I will try this. I will update tomorrow.
you can use part of the left side transmission mount and stick a bolt into the engine block, and use one of the bolts for the pressure plate and it will keep the crank from spinning... i'll take a picture when i install my next transmission if it doesnt make sense.

no...impact screw driver wont get it out...just have someon on the other end of the motor...have them use a 19mm on the crank to stop it from spinning and u can loosen those flywheel bolts..

My friend ended up being able to bring his air tools and compreesor over so I used them. Everything worked out great.
The car is back up and running and now revs faster plus chirps third. All in all im pretty happy.
Thanks to everyone who helped with advice.
