i've heard numerous people using all three of those brands without incedent. i personally run an exedy lightweight flywheel (around 9 lbs i think). it costed me 200 even, which is around what you'll pay for a good one (fidanza is cheaper though). the biggest difference in the flywheels is the material makeup. my exedy is chromoly, as well as the ACT's i believe. on the other hand, fidanza is aluminum. i dont know the pro's and cons of both, except obviously chromoly steel is stronger and heavier than aluminum......i'm not a master flywheel designer or anything, but i would lean more towards a flywheel made of chromoly ....its a stronger material than aluminum, therefore it would probly withstand more abuse. in the end the choice is yours, but as for those three brands you mentioned, i cant say ive ever heard of any issues with them, as far as quality and performance goes.

Just for clarification, the aluminum flywheels have a STEEL plate for the friction surface bolted to it. The clutch disc doesnt ride on the aluminum.

The aluminum ones will be generally lighter, but the forged cromoly ones that are light are very spendy.
