ok, its time for me to change my oil.. being that this is a newly rebuilt motor i really want to flush the whole system to get rid of any metal shavings that might be floating in the passage ways..

i can easily do an oil change but like i said what do you do about the oil passage ways to ensure you got completely clean oil?
