Hello, I hope I'm posting in the right forum..I need to replace the muffler on my mom's '89 CRX Si, something cheap, but better(more power) than a stock replacement. I've found a Flowmaster 60 series muffler for only $80, and I'm wondering if anyone here has one or knows anything about them. Do they allow for more power than stock? Do they sound good? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. PEACE OUT!
Do they allow for more power than stock? yes.
Do they sound good? yes the sound will be verry deep.
i have the flowmaster on my integra for the price, it sounds good and you will get some power out of it.

I put a flowmaster 40 in my integra. It sounds sweeet. They say that more heat gets sucked out to the muffler because it flows so well decreasing temps under the hood and increasing the life of hoses and parts that can be affected by heat. I dont know how much truth there is in that.
