of course there are some decent gains to be found with bolt-ons, but i've heard there is even greater gains if the engine is tuned in with these parts. I'm really just looking for any basic tuning tips and advice that will allow me to crank out some more power...

If it helps i have the d16z6 running obd1 with the p28 ecu, 4-1 Kamikaze headers, homemade CAI, and a B&M fuel pressure regulator/gauge, AEM adjustable cam gear and a ZEX 59300 Cam on their way.
