Default Flooded Civic?

My friend has a 1993 Honda Civic four door 1.5L 5 speed. he said i could have it but it was flooded all the way to the roof. there was water down in the sparkplugs and the engine was never tryed to be started. i know that i must change every fluid in the car, gas, oil, brake, clutch, trans, and powersteering. and all else. plus i think that i should change the fuses, Distibutor, plugs and wires, starter, battery, and the computer. but i need more details. tell me more about what i can do to get this thing on the road again. plus its red, the interior is in decent shape. about 130,000 miles and good tires. i drove the car before the flooding and it ran quite well. its was a former papa johns car hehe. lemme know yall.

Flooded with fresh or salt water? Salt water is worse, although neither one is good. Look forward to a lot of little electrical gremlins popping up. Mold is another issue.
