Default Flatspots?

I finished my swap, and the car kind of clunks along...it sat for 4 months, I was wondering if it's possible the tires could have flatspoted. if not that....I suspect a tie rod end...how do you check for these things.

Raise psi in tires to 40. Freeway drive for a while and lower to recommended pressure to 32 psi. Still "clunking" then have alignment, toe, balance, etc. checked...

It worked for me. I had a flat spot in my almost new butter nitto 450s and pumped it to 40psi (cold) and it's gone. I actually drive at 40psi (cold) all the time, it saves gas, hehehe.
