Well I finally fixed my fluctuating idle and now I got this low dipping throttle response issue whenever I tap the gas. When I tap the gas it'll take a sec for it to respond. I was wondering if having the idle adjustment screw (under the tb) out too much can be the problem. Tps is set at .46 volts and my idle is at 900.
motor is obd2 b16 (no fitv valve).

anyone know how to properly calibrate a TB?
