Fitting TE37 flat center caps
Hi has anyone experience in fitting these that know a black art i dont understand?

I have removed both inner and outer rubber O rings.
Cap fits into the hole perfectly.
I then turn wheel unside down and attempt to get the outside ring on (inside ring isnt needed as far as i can see)
Its proving a lot more difficult than i thought, its almost like i havent quiet enough lip on my center cap to get it comfortably around.
I had one half on today but by using an uncomfortable amount of pressure with a small flat head.
Any ideas?

Lubricate the O-rings with something really slick (Vasaline or clean oil) and then press the caps into the center of the wheel flatly. If this doesn't work, you could try to "angle" them in and use a small flat head screw driver to poke the O-ring in while simutaneously pushing down on the cap.
