Icon4 firewall fuel line or manifold?

.
Well now I've come across a problem I didn't see. Because I wanted to use the OEM Gsr dual runner manifold in my '90 Teg LS, I've discovered the fuel lines are in the way of the intake tubing.

This wouldn't be much of a problem using fuel line parts available various places.
....but the firewall fuel line IS IN THE WAY AND MUST COME OFF.
See yellow arrow.

I'm not really wanting to put a tool on this 30 year old fitting coming thru the firewall unless I have no choice.

How do you get it off. Put a wrench on the nut and turn what? There's no place to put a tool on bracket part.
I'm very reluctant to touch this fuel line that's been in the firewall for 30 years.

Opinions, thoughts?

Yeah, after a little research, the bracket holds the fitting, so I just put a wrench on the nut and pop it. There's a risk, so I guess some time with PB Blaster. I have the 14mm flare wrench.

If I twist the line....hope not.

Ok guys, can anyone tell me?

How hard is it to change the manifold with the engine IN? OEM dual runner to Skunk2 Pro Series?

Thanks.

It's gonna suck... but it can be done. You will likely have to tilt the engine back and forth to wiggle the I/M off the studs.
