Default filling drilled holes? DIY

hey i just took off the stock spoiler off my del sol. but now there is 4 holes. how do i fill them? do i need to buy metal and somehow weld it on. or sand it or something???? help me. i dont want to get water in there!

The best bet is just have them welded shut, or if your cheap pick up some body filler and go to town

bang the hold in to make a crevace with the pointed end of a body hammer then fill them in with body filler... make sure you get all the paint off around the whole where the filler will go before you dent them in

don't weld it, theres a good chance your going to warp your whole trunk lid. Braze the holes shut. Make sure you use the smallest tip you can get and have a wet rag. Hit it with the torch and braze then cool it quickly with the wet rag, and repeat until you have them filled. Then sand and paint.
