Fender Roll
I was wondering if anyone can give me some input on the correct procedure to roll my fenders on a 97 civic hx..i have 17 inch wheels but i have wider tires so it hits the inside..Thanks guys

Jack up that corner, stick an aluminum baseball bat into the fender gap, and spin the wheel, holding the bat at enough of an angle to bend up the sheetmetal. The bat will counterrotate to the wheel, so there is no rubbing or friction. Make sure you hit the top 1/3 of the wheel arch. Roll till there is no more rubbing. Have fun!

And honestly, I don't think rolling the fenders will solve your problem. Bring it to my house one day and I'll take a look at it. Your car isn't even lowered yet, so you shouldn't be having this problem.

Yeah, post belongs in Cosmetic section but I suggest you take it to a body shop to either have the lip rolled or trimmed. I made the mistake of trying to roll it myself and ended up with f'd up fenders.
Trust me, have a pro do it.
