Final Drive in my B18C-R

I do a lot of highway driving in my hatch...it has a 96 spec JDM ITR motor with the 4.4 FD tranny. The revs are a little to high for cruising. SOoo...i'm looking to see if anyone knows of a different FD (maybe 4.0 or less) or could i swap in a different 5th gear....i've searched for some solutions but not sure were to go exactly...any help would be appreciated

i'd go with the 5th gear swap . what rpm's are you loking for when on the highway

well...right now at 80mph i'm at 4500 rpm. i'd like to drop about 500 to 1000 revs

i don't know what is involved with it but i would put an LS 5th in there
