my friend just got a 06 impala with 211hp and 214lb/tq and i have a 99 civic with a b20vtec with around 170+/-hp and 150+/-lb/tq with no a/c, underdrive pulley, lightweight alternator pulley, port matched skunk2 intake manifold, 4-1 headers, 2 1/2 greddy exhaust, and aem short ram intake, who would win?

 

I would take the Honda any day hope ya whoop his *** lol .However they are gonna lock this thread when they see it they call it bench racing and its not allowed although I love it lol

 

It really doesn't matter what you have done to the the engine, it still makes 170 hp. Take both of the cars to the track, loser pays gas and entry fees.

 

Yeah 170hp is 170hp no matter if you have a/c and all that other bs or not lol. If that civic is a coupe with full interior that impala will probably win, or at least give you a good run for your money!
