I have a 1992 Prelude, and the fan blows, but it is not very strong. I took the blower motor out, and there was tons of **** in it, but when I put it back in, it didn't really improve the strength of the fan. could it be that I need a new blower motor? could there be a clog in the vent somewhere?

P.S. There is no A/C, if that makes a difference

 

the blower system needs clear passage in and out. typically it's due to a clog/filter issue, see if there's a noticeable difference in airflow between circulated and vented modes (with the windows down, then windows up on each). if the airflow is low in either mode, verify you have proper voltage, replace the relay, then replace the motor.

 

Or blower motor resistor?

 

Its best to just replace both while you're in there.
