I made my own Carbon fiber rear diffuser years ago on my Integra, I used a thick project base board from Wal-Mart used for school presentations ect..that I hot glued together then I laid down 2 x 2 carbon fiber twill that I got off Ebay, I got a large roll and a good amount of clear resin. It came out good and functioned great except I didn't have enough resin so I didn't end up with a flat surface it was rather textured but still worked fine, I tossed it out when I modified a real cheap universal rear diffuser from ebay, looks a bit better. I would try the same thing for the splitter! Carbon fiber looks sexy lol
