Failed Smog - NO too high :(
Ack.. my dad's beater failed SMOG 
Its NO level is too high( 17xx ppm while passing is 11xx ppm.) Weird thing is that the ignition timing is at 21 deg BTDC!? I'll have to retard it back to stock, hopefully that will lower the NO level. Is there anything else i can do to lower the NO emissions? Thanks guys!
