Fabbing Coolant Overflow Tank
Hey All,
While digging through my garage I found a rather nice aluminum bottle that is roughly the size of my coolant overflow tank, I think my tank is rather ugly and I want to take a shot at making a nice painted or polished overflow tank, and maybe cleaning up my engine bay a bit more.
When searching around I found that some people just used a old aerosol can with a hose in the top, or even a pop bottle. Unfortunately I could not find a good guide about placing the return lines, or mentioning if there was anything to watch out for.
Before I begin I just wanted to know if anyone had any pointer/notes that I should keep in mind? Or if I missed anything searching, a link to the info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all for your time,
Matt

On further inspection of my overflow tank, I noticed that under the cap there is no siphoning tube. Do Honda's only use the tank as a catch tank, without siphoning the coolant back in? Or should I add a tube to siphon?
