F23a1 swap
Okay so I have a 94 civic hatchback recently swapped a f23a1 with a h22 Trans running with a p28 ecu but it wants to bog down on take offs was wondering if anybody had any ideas or if different injectors would solve my problem. Thank you
i don't think the F23 used a resistor box for the injectors like the F22A did. 90% sure. if i'm wrong just add the resistor box. if the motor is all original you shouldn't need to change anything.
some questions on the build and install:
what did you do about the IACV? 3 wire to 2 wire conversion?
which distributor are you using?
are you using the oil pump mounted CYP and CKP sensors?
using a home-built/modified engine harness or a purchased one from Ry-wire or similar?
The P28 is chipped I assume. if so, double check your basemap and find someone near you who can help with a street tune. or go for a dyno tune to get things right. unless you have a mechanical issue or something was wired or connected wrong then you just need to get the ECU to play nice with the new engine.
