injector question

Default injector question

hey guys, i looked around and couldnt figure out if im able to run saturated injectors with my p28 ecm? ive got a 97 civic with the original harness im using obd conversion harness.

if you want to use saturated injectors, you have to remove the resistor box und wire it directly.
the ecu won't be disturbed. But if you remove the resistor box you can't use your old P&H injectors anymore. It would fry your ECU after some time because of the high current.

neither of you searched very hard.
the 97 civic doesn't have a resistor box. the P28 (as well as any 1992+ honda ecu) is meant to run saturated injectors. you only need to ADD a resistor box if you switch to peak & hold injectors, (anything below 10ohms impedance).
