Default f22b swap??? worried

Is it a bad idea to run a h23 ecu for an f22b dohc motor? Like i know about the knock sensor but i searched and found a way to bypass it. But like running the motor will i have problems as running to rich or lean.

Also will i have problems running an obd2a ecu w/ obd1 distributor?

the ecu should be fine to run an f22b if the knock sensor is disabled.
What car is this in? Give some specifics.
