Default F22 oil pressure problem

My f22a1 has a issue with oil pressure dropping below 10 when it's hot.. Any idea of why? I checked bearings new oil pump balance shaft belt is off new oring for the control jet and new rings. Head was machined and checked. One mechanical Guage and a digital Guage and the factory light comes on. I don't know what I'm missing. Thanks

Could it be bearings? I didn't use the colored bearings.. Just used king and they were within specs. Do you have to use the colored ones?

I have about 7 hot idle only after driving on the highway at 70 for 15-20 minutes. It will be about 38 at 3000 rpm and honda specs say 10 idle and 50 at 3000 rpm minimum. Would a oil cooler help there? It only happens when it gets hot if i drive at low rpms for a while the pressure is fine.

I used 5-30 at first and I put a shim in the relief valve of the oil pump and used 10-30 and a wix filter and no change when hot

Do you think a oil cooler will raise it a bit? Since it only happens when its hot like highway speeds. If you cruise around town slow it's fine??

That isnt going up in oil weight. All you did was change the winter (cold temp) weight.

Go up yo 10w-40 or straight 50 weight

You don't think straight 50 will be too thick? Or hurt anything?

Are you sure you used the correct oring when you replaced the orifice ? Did you accidentally install it backwards when you retightened it ? I've heard of this happening. Did you apply a tiny amount of oil to help it set correctly ?

15w ist to much. All vtec engines need 5w40. Full synthetic. Which oil company do u use?

Correct non vtec engine. Recommended 5-30 I have installed the oil control jet correctly.... I'm thinking it might be a problem with the bearings.. I done this 2 times 2 engines f22a1 and f22b dohc. Same results. Honda has colored bearings and I didn't realize that and can't figure out how to get the original colors in the right spots and don't want to pay $350 for bearings. I originally used king brand bearings.

10w40 does the same thing. 7 lbs or less when heated up. Should I try 5w20 maybe? Could the clearance be to tight so I need thin oil?
