F20C Sleeves..honable?

F20C Sleeves..honable?
Ive heard a rumor that the F20C has sleeves like the late model H22. is that correct?
The h22 has sleeves that cannot be honed. also, this my friends F20C has only 19,000 miles on the motor and entire car, would the cross hatch stil be good to not need to hone the cylinders?
edit: also what kinda power can the sleeves handle?
