Default f.a.s.t injection help.

I have a bank to bank system that is driving me crazy. THe car is a turbo ls w/ 95lb injectors. I can get the car to idle with around a 12-13 af ratio. when you crack the throttle to increase rpms the o2 sensor says the car goes extremely lean 15.94 and the engine starts missing and shaking i am wondering if it is dumping to much fuel in and making it misfire. Are my injectors to large to get the car to run right on a bank to bank? Will I need to go sequential? THe numbers in the ve map at idle are around 35-39 idle rpm at 1200 rpm. this is with a base pulse width of .9 ms. any help appreciated. thanks.

I have tried that I take out around 5 percent at a time until it quits.and that is where i am at right now. any leaner and the car stalls.
