EXPERTS I NEED YOUR HELP !!!
I have a freshly rebuilt ls/vtec with a gsr head the mods are the following
head..
gsr head
type r cams
adjustable cam gears
crower springs
crower retainers
ferrea aluminum valves flat faced
port and polish
head milled .40
blox competition series intake manifold
type r injectors stock fuel rail
stock tb
block
b18b1 block
b20 crank
b18 rods
acl bearings main and rods
acl thrust washers
p30 pistions
npr piston rings
block has everything freshened up honing gasket ect...\
act heavy duty pp
4 puck solid clutch stock flywheel
problem is it wont stay on if i release the gas pedal and it sputters real ugly, really hard to rev, timing is dead on, im thinking vaccum leak because of the new IM ,but it has a new gasket and also i made a silicone gasket for the TB just today and havent started it also i adjusted the IDLE AIR SCREW because it was all the way in ,theres gas ,theres spark ,considering the everything inside the ignition was bought brand new ,oem spark plug cablkes ,and iridium spark plugs ,theres gas, i suspected clogged fuel filter and it brand new now but it still doesnt act properly,it sputters constantly, it wont stay on, its hard to rev with throttle wide open,and if i let go it shut off, and its hard to get back on ,i have to crank it with gas pedal on floor im thinking vacuum leak because i dont wanna think bent valves considering it hasnt been reved passed 6k when it was working properly please any advice on where to look any thing please help me ....
