I was having some rattle problems with my Apex WS exhaust so I installed my stock can back on til I solve the problem. After I installed the stock exhaust I noticed that the car had more low end power. Since most exhausts cost around $400, is it even worth getting one for the performance? I was going to put the Apex back on but I never noticed any power increase when it was on.

Hmm something doens't sound right. If you dont feel comfortable paying $500 dollars for a cat back exhaust(hell I dont blame you) get a custom B-pipe with a resonators and a muffler. That should save you a bill or two.
