Default Exhaust manifold studs

Ok i just picked up a civic about 2 hours ago (92 4 door). My friend helped me gut the **** outta it. So the only things left are the 2 passenger seats and the dash. Mechanically nothings wrong with it besides maybe a few tune up issues. It needs exhaust, it ends where after the resonator where it makes that 90deg. turn. Also heres my main question. Because i do plan to turbo this d-series. One of the exhaust manifold studs snapped off when the prevous owener attempted to take it off. Well he was way off, is there a way to get this thing out and put a new one in? Im not sure on it.

is it completely snapped offf? (lined up with the head?) your able to twist it out if it got some left on it and either put another stud in or just put in a bolt 10,12,14 bolt, forgot which one

Gonna have to drill it all out and tap new threads and use a different stud of some sort. I dont think a remover tool is gonna get it out, cuz I bet its tight as hell.. Good luck

take off the headers, get a gator grip or whatver and unscrew it ive seen it done, no need for drilling.. then replace with another stud or a bolt

do it the right way buy a stud remover tool there cheap and all you will need is 1 8mm stud remover tool. if there is a1/4 in left out you will beable to get it out. it is a socket that wraps around the stud then you ratchet it out

My fault I thought the stud was broke flush.. Might be able to lock some vise gripps on it and turn it out, and put a new one in.. sorry.

Any luck with this Tony? We should work on our cars one of these days. I wanna get my A/C out of my car, doesn't work anyways. Lets go deliver the 240 today and then come back and get to work on our Civics. Hells yea to a 45min complete gut! Hahaha, and yea, i'm sure our neighbors thought it was stolen considering how gutted it was!
